Civil / probate
What does civil law consist of?
Civil (or P.I.) Law is the area of law that allows an injured party to file a lawsuit and recover their damages from the person or entity that harmed them. These attorneys are often referred to as “ambulance chasers,” “vultures,” “sharks,” etc. Like with every other profession, there are good and bad civil attorneys.
Most civil attorneys only want to settle cases and dread going to court to fight for their clients. For simple car wrecks, that’s probably alright. However, when you’re truly injured, you’ll want to call a real, experienced trial attorney like Bobby Digby. As a trial attorney, he’s had hundreds of trials and jury trials. He’s not scared of the courtroom, and he’s used to aggressively defending and representing his clients.
